The initial interview is a opportunity to address any questions you may have and to determine your needs, wants and specific qualification requirements. During the interview you will discuss further processing, benefits, and career opportunities the Air Force Reserve can offer in addition to completing forms required to schedule your MEPS appointment. Details will be limited during this appointment since vacancies, schools and training dates cannot be determined without a job that is contingent on official ASVAB and medical qualifications completed at MEPS. Be prepared for this interview by completing the required forms in advance.

Complete application and medical prescreen form

Complete the online ASVAB test
Download and review the NPS Guide and Rights Card
Download a credit summary
Provide current photo ID (State ID, driver license, school ID, etc)
Provide social security card
Proof of citizenship (Birth Certificate, Passport, 551, etc)
Proof of education (HS Diploma, GED, College Transcripts, etc)
Others forms as required (marriage license, divorce decree, etc)
Finally, contact your recruiter to request an interview
